High voltage rectifiers for electrostatic precipitators and ionizerss
High voltage rectifiers for electrostatic precipitators and ionizers are used where precise and reliable continuous voltage with high performance is required.
An innovative constructive technique of the transformer / rectifier system allows the construction of high current units with high efficiency and reduced dimensions. Rectifiers for electrostatic precipitators can be built with single-phase or three-phase power transformers and are cooled and isolated in insulating oil.
The windings and the core of the rectifier transformers have the same Brascoelma technical standard that has been recognized for 43 years.
Main features:
Accuracy in voltage and current adjustments.
Efficiency: the approximate efficiency of the system considering the losses of the transformer and the rectifier set is 92% at full load.
Control and regulation by triggering thyristors (50 or 60 Hz).
Supply voltages: 220/380/440/760 volts single-phase / three-phase or others on request.
Average output voltage between 5000 and 120,000 VDC.
Average output current between 50 and 3000 mA DC.
Form factor used of 1.4. Other values on request.
Ripple factor for single-phase bridge 48%.
Exit chuck in horizontal or vertical position.
Transformer magnetic core made of 0.30 mm thick grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with low losses and optimization in the design calculation and assembly of the core.
Low voltage windings constructed with copper or aluminum conductors covered with insulator for oil immersion and the high voltage windings (HV) are constructed with enameled copper wire, presenting low losses and unlimited durability within its temperature class .
Bridge Rectifier built with high performance silicon rectifier diodes, low losses and short regeneration time.
The insulating oil for cooling the transformer - rectifier assembly can be mineral, silicone or vegetable (environmentally friendly).
Metal box made of carbon steel plate with radiators for cooling insulating oil for installation over time. Degree of Protection IP-65.
Current limiting reactor, assembled together with the rectifying transformer, inside the box with insulating oil.
Manual earthing switch for simple grounding or automatic.
Voltage divider resistor inside the rectifier transformer metal box.
Oil level indicator with contact for minimum level;
PT-100 temperature sensor for measuring oil temperature.
Measurement of the output voltage and output current through voltage dividers installed next to the diode set.
The tests for the rectifier follow the procedures defined in Brascoelma's quality assurance system and the NBR-ABNT standard standards.
NOTE: The above characteristics can be changed according to the client's project.
